Cowboy Caviar

This is from my friend KB.  She brought it to Halloween bunco and called it “brains and eyeballs.” Whatever you call it—it is yummy!  Thanks KB!
1 can White Shoepeg Corn
3 Green Onions, chopped
1 can Black-eyed Peas
6 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
2 Avocados, diced
1 pkg. Good Season Italian Dressing

Mix Italian Dressing according to directions, set aside. Drain the water off of the corn and black-eyed peas. Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Serve with corn chips. You can store in fridge up to 2 days.
