Died and Went to Heaven Chocolate Cake

1 3/4 C all purpose flour
1 C white sugar
3/4 Dutch cocoa
1 1/2  tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 C buttermilk
1 C packed brown sugar
2 beaten large eggs
1/2 C canola oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 C hot, strong coffee

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease and flour Bundt pan
Mix together flour, white sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.  Add buttermilk, brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.  Beat for appx 2 min.  Min in the hot coffee.  Batter will be thin.  Pour into pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.  Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan. 

For icing:  combine 1 C confectioner’s sugar, 1/2 C cocoa, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla, 1-2 TBS buttermilk.  It should be thick but pourable.  Drizzle over the cake
